Your responsibilities

Keeping up-to-date our internal HR Software with employeesÂ
Supporting the recruitment processes with: preparing and publishing job offers, Â screening application forms and scheduling first interviews.
Supporting with the onboarding process.
Participate in organising company events

Your profile

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource management or studying toward a Degree in Human Resource management or related field.
Availability for a 6 month full-time internship (20 hours per week)
People oriented and active listener.
Detail-oriented.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English
