Role Overview
We are looking for a Jira Manager/Scrum Master to join our Operations team. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our JIRA and Confluence systems while also managing Scrum processes to ensure efficient and agile delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Mercuryo’s growth and help shape the future of finance in the Web3 and crypto space.
Your Role:
Jira Manager:

• Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of the JIRA and Confluence systems.
• Develop and optimize the system in line with business requirements, including the installation, configuration, and functional testing of available plug-ins and utilities.
• Administer and support system configurations, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of information within the system.
• Work closely with customers to gather system requirements and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Document and standardize processes and principles related to JIRA and Confluence system usage.

Scrum Master:

• Ensure the quality and speed of delivery processes through effective teamwork and streamlined product processes.
• Guide the team in building an independent operational rhythm and remove obstacles that hinder progress and speed of delivery.
• Act as a change agent, helping team members adapt to evolving processes and organizational changes.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and high performance within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in JIRA administration, with a deep understanding of its internal structure and the ability to create complex workflows using validators, post-functions, and scripts.
• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a product team, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and teaching skills, with the ability to guide and support team members effectively.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate, improve, and optimize processes.
• Adaptability to changes within the organization and a proactive approach to driving change.
