We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to onboard our customers and partners to use BioCatch solutions. This role is suitable for unique people who have both solid hands-on technical experience and great customer-facing skills.
In this role, you will be leading implementations and other technical projects, enabling BioCatch anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications. The majority of our customers are financial institutions like banks and credit unions - but not only. You'll be working with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.
At BioCatch, you'll be part of the Solutions division, which provides all operational and technical services to our customers worldwide. This requires a superb can-do attitude, solid project management skills, and a strong frontend/fullstack technical background to overcome integration challenges with our customers' web/mobile applications.
As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you'll be also contributing to our documentation, leading workshops, and helping to improve our processes and practices.
