We are looking for talented bilingual (English & Spanish) customer liaison and service specialists who will work with our client, a personal injury law firm in California, and manage their inbound and outbound calls, providing essential information to potential and existing clients of the firm and transferring them to appropriate departments in the firm.
You will be the "voice of the firm" and therefore we are looking for someone warm, friendly, professional, reliable, and with great attention to detail, to ensure potential clients leave with a good impression of the firm, and existing clients are fully satisfied with the way the firm is communicating with them.
To be considered for this role, you need to have experience working for a US company or call center in a similar role, handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls daily, and managing multiple calls at the same time.
The role is in a PST time zone, and the start date is Monday, August 12th.
