As an Estimator for the United States market, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and providing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that bids are competitive and in line with project specifications, while adhering to budgets and timelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to support our teams in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Review project documents including drawings, specifications, and contracts to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Conduct thorough analysis of labor, material, and overhead costs to generate competitive bids.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
Research and source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and present detailed, clear, and accurate estimates for bid submissions.
Monitor project costs and assist in cost control during project execution.
Identify and communicate potential risks and issues that may affect project budgets.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and new materials or methods.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, ideally with US market experience.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Able to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of construction costs and materials, as well as local and national building codes.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Desire to learn and grow within the organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to adapt in a continuously evolving environment.
