About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing, health-conscious snack brand dedicated to providing high-protein, nutrient-rich treats for consumers who want to indulge without compromise. We primarily operate in the e-commerce and wholesale space, catering to both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail clients. As we scale, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator/Sales Operations Assistant to support our growing wholesale order requests and ensure seamless operations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Sales Operations Specialist to support our expanding wholesale business. This role will be responsible for managing sample requests, handling client accounts, processing purchase orders, and providing exceptional customer service to online and wholesale clients. The ideal candidate will be able to match our Client’s brand voice with minimal training and transform potential customer issues into positive brand experiences. Additionally, this role will assist with office support functions, website updates, invoicing, and process improvements.


What you’ll do

Wholesale Order Management & Client Support:

  • Manage incoming wholesale orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely fulfillment.

  • Coordinate and track sample requests to potential wholesale clients.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.

  • Address inquiries from wholesale partners and provide support throughout the ordering process.

Customer Service & Brand Experience:

  • Handle customer service correspondence for online customers and wholesale clients.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

  • Resolve potential customer issues and transform them into positive experiences that strengthen brand loyalty.

Operations & Administrative Support:

  • Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

  • Troubleshoot order issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain and update reports related to sales performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.

  • Provide administrative support, including invoicing, record-keeping, and updating company databases.

Website & Content Management:

  • Assist in updating product listings, descriptions, and pricing on the company website and e-commerce platforms.

  • Ensure website accuracy, troubleshoot errors, and implement necessary updates as needed.

  • Special Projects & Process Improvements:

  • Contribute to and lead special projects on an ad hoc basis.

  • Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in streamlining sales processes to enhance efficiency.

  • Support cross-functional teams in executing new initiatives related to sales and customer experience.
