Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Ohio EST (included 1 hr unpaid break) | Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time

Number of Paid hours per week: 40 Hours

We’re seeking a talented Appointment Setting Specialist to join our client’s ambitious team. In this role, you’ll be the vital first point of contact for potential customers, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to identify opportunities and schedule meetings with decision-makers. This position offers the perfect blend of sales, relationship building, and technical expertise, allowing you to make a significant impact on business growth while working with modern tools and technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

· Drive business growth through strategic outbound calling campaigns using HubSpot CRM

· Schedule and manage high-value meetings between prospects and sales executives using Calendly

· Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system

· Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and generate additional opportunities

· Qualify prospects through professional phone conversations and detailed discovery

· Update and maintain the CRM database with current contact information and interaction notes

· Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign results

 

Requirements:

· Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or similar sales development role

· Proficient in apollo.io

· Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Calendly scheduling systems

· Excellent phone presence

· Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail

· Experience with email marketing campaigns and follow-up processes

· Professional demeanor and ability to engage with business decision-makers

· Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

· Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
