Digital Marketing Generalist

Our Istanbul-based Algo Digital Agency, which provides digital performance marketing services, is seeking a team member for the position of Digital Marketing Generalist. The candidate will work full time, adapt to weekday working hours, and be able to adjust to a remote work model.

• Possess at least 3 years of agency experience,
• Preferably be proficient in remote working arrangements,
• Have experience in managing Google and Meta advertising,
• Possess experience in the field of SEO (Search Engine Optimization),
• Be knowledgeable about project management,
• Be capable of preparing SEO analysis presentations for brands,
• Possess strong intra-team communication skills,
• Be disciplined in work,
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach in stress management,
• Be knowledgeable about SEO tools (for example: Semrush, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, Keywordtool, etc.),
• Be familiar with CMS and e-commerce infrastructures such as WordPress, İkas, Ticimax, etc.,
• Possess knowledge of HTML and CSS; additionally, have sufficient knowledge to make edits in JavaScript.

• Setting up Google and Meta advertising campaigns,
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of advertising campaigns,
• Developing SEO strategies,
• Preparing SEO analysis presentations,
• Managing the project tracking of freelance teams related to the business.
