About the Client


We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager who will join a long-term project for our client – a global pharmaceutical company.


What you will do


  • Lead the management of services across Development, Testing, Process Engine, and Automation.
  • Manage DWP resources (replacements, T&M, MS).
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on demand, needs, replacements, and improvements.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Service Owners and Service Coordinators.
  • Review Playbook (changes in delivery process) and support Domain adoption.
  • Manage vendor contract extensions (discussions, approvals).


What we are looking for:


  • Experience in Service Delivery Management.
  • Experience managing external teams.
  • Experience with large MS and T&M contracts.
  • Ability to navigate large portfolios and identify synergies.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Fluent in English.
