We are currently accepting applications for a Business Banking Service Specialist to work remotely in UT, AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, OR, TX, or WA.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Provide business banking operational support, implementation, and onboarding of various products and services; i.e. treasury management, deposit accounts, and loans.
Respond to business banking client new services, requests, and ensure follow-up is completed within established departmental service level standards.
Work to identify the root cause of errors and escalate issues as appropriate.
Collaborate with multiple back-office functions to improve client experiences.
Keep abreast of various business banking product and services, departmental, and process updates ensuring a positive client experience.
Document client requests or communications as required.
Implement changes to existing services as requested by clients.
Adhere to bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
May train clients on TM systems, Online Banking, etc. by phone or remotely.
Assist with special projects as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School degree or equivalent and some experience with Treasury Management products, Loan, or Deposit account processes, account servicing or other directly related experience.
A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services, treasury management products/services, small business loans, or deposits account products and associated systems.
Good customer service and communications skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work with branch, small business, and treasury management staff and clients.
Good research, analysis, and problem resolution skills.
Sound judgement.
Ability to work with various internal departments and staff.
Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software.
