Job Summary

We're seeking a creative individual proficient in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and experienced with social media platforms. The role involves collaborating with the Marketing Manager to produce on-brand graphics, create marketing materials, edit email EDMs, and assist with various marketing tasks. Basic video editing and familiarity with CAD or marketing floor plans are a bonus. If you're adaptable, efficient, and passionate about design, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to produce on-brand graphics, marketing materials, and templates.
Populate pre-designed templates for various assets, including flyers and brochures.
Edit email EDMs and assist with marketing deliverables as required.
Contribute to the creation of engaging social media content that aligns with your brand.
Adapt to different project requirements while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proficient in design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
Familiar with managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Capable of basic video editing to enhance content and create polished materials.
(Optional) Knowledge of CAD or ability to redraw floor plans is a bonus.
Experienced in populating templates for flyers, brochures, and email EDMs.
Ability to assist with tasks outlined in orange in the Marketing PDF.
Familiarity with creating marketing floor plans is highly desirable.
