Minimum Qualification: Required 3-7 years of experience in Full Stack Development / Mern Stack Developement or related field.

Role Overview:

As a Mentor at Coding Ninjas, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring the next generation of data enthusiasts. Through personalized mentorship sessions and engaging webinars, you'll empower students to master essential skills in Frontend, Backend (nodejs + Springboot) , React, Data Structures and Algorithm , dbms , system design and more, preparing them for success in the ever-evolving field of Full Stack Development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct 1:1 interviewing sessions with students, evaluate them on technical concepts , projects and soft skills and provide personalized guidance and feedback
Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment, where students feel supported and motivated to explore and excel in the field.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in full Stack Development or related field.
Proficiency in tools and technologies such as Frontend, Backend, React, Data Structures and Algorithm, system design and more
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and interviewing..
Ability to adapt teaching and evaluating methods to suit the learning styles and experience of individual students.
Prior experience in Interviewing is mandate.
