The role:

The day to day production of the quotation of the Insurance Policies requested through YuLife whilst ensuring all clients/intermediaries are provided with a First Class Customer service.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Create and process quotations via Online Quotation Portals, and Offline with our insurer partners
Answering day to day queries
Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date
Provide support for the Sales team & wider administration teams.
Assisting clients/ intermediaries with ad-hoc insurance queries

The ideal candidate will have:

A good numerical/analytical degree or with a couple of years experience either in financial services or insurance
Ideally some experience of Group Risk including Group Life, Group Critical Illness, Group Income Protection and Group Flex knowledge and/or UK Healthcare & Dental experience/knowledge.
GR1 certified (preferable)
Good written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Demonstrate the ability to adopt change to improve process, efficiency and service
Working knowledge of Excel
Aptitude for working with multiple technologies/systems
Demonstrate the desire to deliver the best possible customer experience, on a right first-time basis
