Freelance Business Product Analyst opportunity

Join the team supporting Crew and Fleet Planning tooling with this client active in aviation. Collaborate with their Scrum team on both current functional support and future tooling implementation.

Your role as Business Product Analyst will include:

Business Process Change: Understand and document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, design new to-be processes, and support business changes.
Requirements Gathering: Uncover user requirements, translate them into features, and support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing features.
Product Analysis: Analyze business impact, test products from a user perspective, and support the product team.
User Adoption: Drive user adoption by organizing workshops and mitigating user dissatisfaction.
Support: Maintain continuity of deployed products, support incident management, and assist with technical configurations.
Data Management: Ensure data usage aligns with Data Principles & Policy, maintain data quality metrics, and support data management projects.
Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Application Updates: Coordinate and manage application updates ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Functional Support: Provide functional support for business users to resolve issues and optimize usage.
