We are seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced, and data-driven Field Marketer to join our marketing team to oversee the success of marketing initiatives in EMEA and the UK using a variety of marketing tactics, including digital events, targeted field and channel events and executive conferences. Depending on the region, the role may work with both direct and partner and alliance organizations.

This person will work closely with regional sales directors, account managers, and partners within the regions to ensure marketing aligns and contributes to pipeline growth for both new logo and cross-sell customers.

In this highly cross-functional role, you will be called upon to lead marketing strategy discussions with senior sales executives or partners to plan and execute marketing programs designed to help create new prospects, advance existing opportunities and create cross-sell opportunities. This person loves to work closely with the field and acts as a liaison between marketing and sales.

What You Will Do

  • Work with the EMEA & UK direct sales teams to increase the impact and utilization of global campaigns and programs to support new customer acquisition and existing customer cross-sell/upsell.
  • Partner with the Channel and Alliance sales teams, create the partner marketing strategy within the region and activation plan to meet revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Work with the Senior Manager of Events to curate and develop an effective event strategy for your region and support local event activation and execution.
  • Live and breathe closed won, pipeline acceleration and target account engagement, working as a team to exceed business goals.
  • Represent the needs of regional and partner sales in all segments of our business and brief requirements back to the central marketing organization.
  • Coordinate all translation requirements for the website, digital initiatives, content and assets to execute campaigns, support sales and partner teams.
  • Provide inputs to future campaign planning to meet the regional needs of each key country within EMEA, choosing the most effective strategies for your markets.
  • Take responsibility for measurement and success of programs, including forecasting, reporting, analysis and interpretation of trends. Communicate marketing efforts through sales team calls and QBRs.
  • Leverage and share best practices and voice of field - problem solve to continuously improve global campaigns and programs.
  • Liaise with Communications and Brand to identify and coordinate Public Relations and Analyst Relations opportunities within your market area.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5- 8 years of experience in B2B, SaaS field marketing role for a technology company.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions with sales leadership and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and executing marketing plans and communications,
  • Proficiency with digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO and paid advertising
  • Experience with negotiating event and venue contracts and executing events.
  • Ability to be innovative with respect to program creation and problem resolution and process-oriented with respect to marketing operations and execution workflows.
  • You are highly organized and process-driven and thrive when multi-tasking and handling complex, multi-threaded projects. You relish bringing order to chaos!
  • You are passionate about exceeding expectations while putting the customer first.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and within EMEA, and have a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity and experience with value selling framework, ABM and social media marketing, PR and analyst relations.
  • Knowledge of marketing processes, marketing automation including an understanding of  lead scoring and nurturing programs
  • Familiarity and experience with project management tools such as Wrike and CRM platforms such as SFDC
  • Experience in financial, accounting, planning B2B SaaS software targeting the Office of the CFO personas ie: CFO, VP Finance/Accounting, FP&A Professionals, Controller, Consolidation Manager, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
