Legal Counsel (Crypto Compliance Team)

Now we are looking for a Legal Counsel (Crypto Compliance Team) who will be responsible for providing legal support for crypto-related products and services, as well as offering guidance on compliance and regulatory matters within the crypto space.

What You Will be Doing:

• Provide expert legal advice and support to both customers and colleagues on all compliance matters related to cryptoasset regulation.
• Offer legal assistance in maintaining existing crypto products and services, and support the development of new offerings within the scope of cryptoasset regulation.
• Participate in conducting periodic internal compliance audits to ensure that crypto products and services meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist in development and maintenance of relevant documentation, ensuring it is current and accurate.
• Monitor, analyze, and assess regulatory updates in the field of cryptoasset regulation, informing relevant teams of changes when necessary.
• Review marketing materials related to cryptoasset regulation.
• Manage additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

What we are looking for:

• Law degree holder.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the cryptoasset field is a huge advantage.
• Strong knowledge of major cryptoasset characteristics, protocols, blockchain consensus mechanisms and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• Must be located in the EEA.
• Additional cryptoasset certifications are a plus.
