We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Conversational AI Platform who knows how to ship great products and deliver exceptional value to customers. You will be in a critical new role at RealPage with a unique opportunity to drive business, customer and engineering outcomes as we continue to grow and scale quickly.
Primary Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert on all of our Conversational AI initiatives and how they impact customers and RealPage products and shared services. You will demo your functionality internally and externally.
Creation of product vision, strategy, roadmap for the conversational AI platform to power automation across the renter journey.
Identifies cross product dependencies and impact. You will work cross-functionally to align on product priorities, roadmap creation, product execution / delivery, and customer activation.
Product research. You gather feedback and intelligence from a number of sources to inform product opportunities, including customer feedback, market research, competitive positioning, and other software verticals.
Product planning. You will work with product and engineering leadership, and tech leads to define, size, and create and commit to a roadmap focused on customer value creation. You will anticipate and advise on trade-offs and balances of business needs versus technical constraints.
Product delivery. You will lead a scrum team to plan, design, and analyze user requirements for development and breakdown requirements into Epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Product usage measurement. You will utilize data to inform priorities and product decisions. From UX research to market sizing, to product utilization, you can effectively answer business questions within a data driven approach.
Be knowledgeable of competitive markets and industry forecasts.
Customer Interaction. You will talk to customers to get feedback, address support issues, and support sales.
Customer Support. You will analyze & triage product maintenance issues.
Required
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years in a Product Manager role for a software platform or SaaS company
2+ years experience working with conversational AI, GenAI, LLM's, etc.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, a strong technical proficiency with an ability to understand technical requirements
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle
Experience defining short and long term product strategies and execution
You’ve shipped products with large initiatives with complex requirement and dependencies before
Strong communication skills with high attention to detail - demonstrated experience presenting information to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to gather, analyze and use data - whether its research, measuring usage, or how data is an asset - you are comfortable incorporating data into the way you work
Ability to as effective ask questions, gather feedback, and distill all of the noise into clear priorities with a winning strategy
