This is a remote position.

 

What we’re looking for: 

SHAZAM is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our core implementations team. In this role, you will provide quality installation and training of the SHAZAM core and ancillary systems while building a strong foundation for a lasting business relationship. This role will work within all phases of the conversation process of an assigned area and assist in training others.


What you'll do: 

  • Responsible for the validation of data, workflow, procedures, and processes within assigned area(s) which may include our Digital Banking, Teller, AccountLaunch, and DocuCommand applications.
  • Works independently with clients during the onboarding process to resolve any issues and engage other team members as needed.
  • Works with banking product providers including but not limited to bill pay, imaging, and core processing.
  • Travels to customer site for implementation if requested.

What you need:

  • Minimum of four years' experience in banking operations is required, digital banking preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, ticket tracking system, and customer service.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends to support a customer go live.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
