Job Title: Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with strong experience in Node.js, MongoDB, and TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building scalable applications and a solid track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
  
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to integrate solutions effectively.
  
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  
• Follow best practices for security, performance, and database management.
  
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
  
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and API development.
  
• Hands-on experience with building scalable, high-performance applications.
  
• Experience working with Express.js, NestJS, or other Node.js frameworks.
  
• Good knowledge of database design, indexing, and optimization techniques in MongoDB.
  
• Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging tools.
  
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time applications.
  
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
