About us:

PRNEWS.IO - Platform for publishing PR materials from third parties around the world. The company, based in Nothern Europe, helps brands capture exposure from the world's media and supports media for increased visibility among potential advertisers and the possibility of additional monetization.

The Outreach Specialist at PRNEWS.IO will help optimize the workflow of processing databases, finding relevant contacts, and conducting distributions to expand the range of media on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation and reduction of processes for collecting and processing databases;
Search for and obtain relevant web resources for research;
Analysis of websites based on key SEO indicators (DR, traffic, topical relevance);
Formation of a contact database and effective implementation of email campaigns;
Optimization of the process of distribution of commercial offers and communication with sellers;
Working with automation tools to scale outreach campaigns.

This role is ideal for a specialist who has a good understanding of the principles of media work, SEO and link building, and is knowledgeable in communications and the importance of contributing to the development of PRNEWS.IO in international information space.

Requirements:

Experience with Ahrefs or Serpstat;
Experience with Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider/Checker;
It is desirable to be able to conduct a technical/content audit of the site;
Experience with various CMS and AI;
It is desirable to be able to form a link profile of the site and analyze competitors;
Be able to collect relevant contacts to send letters with a proposal to place links;
English level B1 (Intermediate) and above;
Written literacy, and understanding of the basics of email marketing.
Experience with senders such as Gmass, Snov will be an advantage;
Confident user of Google Sheets + use of text formulas.
