We are currently searching for a Manufacturing/Operational Technology Security Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the successful design, delivery, and sustainment of our client’s Manufacturing Security initiative.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Manufacturing & Supply Chain engineering, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align expectations, objectives, and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in IT and Operational Technology (OT) Security.
• Establish a strong program governance structure for clear communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Evaluate IT and OT architecture, designs, and process proposals to ensure alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assess and mitigate risks, including technical, operational, financial, or reputational risks.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee supplier service changes.
• Oversee IT/OT technology deployments, governance rollouts, and global process implementation.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables meet defined requirements.
• Work with implementation partners to ensure timely and quality delivery while resolving any conflicts.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and outcomes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Optimize resource allocation, prioritize tasks, and enforce standards and best practices.
• Provide regular and accurate status reports on project achievements, challenges, and risks.
• Track project expenses against budget and report discrepancies with mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex Operational Technology (OT) and IT projects, including systems, processes, and supplier management.
• PMP or PMI certification (Mandatory).
• Strong vendor management experience, including implementing supplier service changes.
• Experience deploying global IT/OT technologies, processes, and governance rollouts.
• In-depth knowledge of Information Security programs, processes, technologies, and governance.
• Familiarity with security industry standards such as ISA 62443, NIST 800-82, SP 8183a, and NIST SP 800-161r1.
• Experience working in high-level collaborative environments with a strong focus on teamwork.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong sense of accountability in decision-making and coordination of IT and OT teams.
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems (Mandatory).
