About Infinite Ranges

Infinite Ranges is a rapidly growing technology services firm specializing in delivering high-impact professional services for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). We help ISVs scale their implementation, deployment, and customer success functions by acting as an extension of their professional services teams. As we continue our growth, we are seeking a Partner Business Manager to own and expand our relationships with ISVs, drive service engagements, and ensure mutual success.

Role Overview

As a Partner Business Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding our strategic partnerships with ISVs. You will work closely with our partners to align Infinite Ranges’ services with their business objectives, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with our delivery, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with ISV partners, serving as their primary point of contact for professional services.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive business development initiatives within ISV accounts to generate new service engagements and revenue opportunities.
  • Account Management: Maintain a deep understanding of partners’ business models, roadmaps, and customer needs to tailor our service offerings effectively.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with ISV partners on joint GTM strategies, including co-selling and co-delivery opportunities.
  • Service Delivery Alignment: Work closely with Infinite Ranges’ delivery teams to ensure services are aligned with partner expectations and customer success.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key partnership metrics, track engagement success, and report on revenue impact and growth opportunities.
  • Contract & Agreement Management: Negotiate terms, SLAs, and scope of work agreements to formalize and optimize partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years in partner management, business development, or account management within a technology services or ISV ecosystem.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of professional services, SaaS, and ISV business models.
  • Sales & Business Development: Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships and business relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with ISV executives and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align business goals with partnership opportunities and drive execution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cloud-based ISVs (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Background in technology consulting or professional services delivery.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem programs and go-to-market motions.
