The Manager, Client Relations is an instrumental member of our Sales Division, reporting directly to the Head of Client Relations. In this role, you will be strategizing and presenting telecom initiatives as well as the negotiated bulk services of portfolios for property owners and property management companies across the country. Beyond sales, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure they experience the full range of features, benefits, and financial opportunities Onboard provides. Your proactive approach in prospecting leads, coupled with your expertise in presenting financial projections, product demos, and facilitating service agreements, will be pivotal in our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Prospecting: Actively prospect both provided and non-provided leads, sparking productive conversations with potential clients and broadening our outreach.
Service Proposition: Collaborate with the Provider Relations & Marketing Teams to ascertain and present the best bulk service options tailored for each client. Provide comprehensive reviews of financial projections and proposals to ensure clarity and alignment with client needs.
Contract Facilitation: Address objections, use creative problem-solving techniques, and employ strong negotiation skills to finalize deals. Secure necessary documentation for contract reviews and signatures, ensuring seamless agreement transitions.
Bulk Agreement Mediation: Act as the intermediary in facilitating bulk agreements between clients and providers, ensuring a smooth process and beneficial partnerships for both parties.
Relationship Management: Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Drive additional sales opportunities, build ongoing rapport, and lead periodic portfolio reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to diligently maintain and update client records. Ensure data integrity, organization, and accessibility, promoting seamless collaboration across teams and maximizing opportunities.
Industry Expertise: Continually elevate knowledge to become a subject matter expert on Onboard and Partner services, positioning yourself as a reliable and insightful resource for clients.
