Stibo Systems is seeking an enthusiastic and driven SI Alliance Manager to support the growth and management of our relationships with Systems Integrators (SIs) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) across North America.
This role focuses on initial partner contact, recruitment, and enablement to help build a strong partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be an emerging professional eager to learn and grow within the channel partnerships field, helping to drive Stibo Systems' market presence and revenue through strong partner relationships with firms such as Deloitte, PwC, Infosys, and other key global integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Recruitment & Initial Contact: Act as the first point of contact for new and prospective Systems Integrators and Global Systems Integrators. Identify and approach potential partners that align with Stibo Systems' strategic goals. Support the onboarding process and assist with initial partner outreach and engagement.
Partner Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver enablement programs for new and existing partners. Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to successfully position and sell Stibo Systems solutions.
Support Partner Relationships: Assist in maintaining strong, professional relationships with current and prospective partners. Provide ongoing support, answer inquiries, and ensure partners have the resources they need to succeed.
Sales Support: Help manage the sales pipeline by coordinating with sales teams and ensuring partners have the proper support and information to drive new opportunities. Assist with partner-driven sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Stibo Systems’ objectives.
Partner Communication: Regularly communicate with partners to ensure they are well-informed about new products, updates, and sales initiatives. Work to keep partners motivated and engaged with Stibo Systems' strategic goals.
Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Assist in researching and identifying potential new partners and market opportunities within the Systems Integrator and GSI space. Track trends in the partner ecosystem to help drive better partner engagement and business growth.
Reporting & Tracking: Maintain and update partner performance metrics, sales pipelines, and engagement data. Provide regular reports and feedback on partner activity to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably in the technology, software, or consulting industries. Exposure to working with Systems Integrators or Global Systems Integrators is a plus, but not required.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with partners and internal teams, build rapport, and assist in managing relationships.
Organizational & Detail-Oriented: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in managing administrative tasks, reporting, and tracking partner engagement.
Motivated & Results-Oriented: A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow within the partner management field. Motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of Stibo Systems’ partner ecosystem.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Travel: Limited travel may be required to support partner recruitment and engagement activities.
