Job Title:  Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1,500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, primarily in the real estate industry. You'll need to demonstrate compassion, strong communication, and the ability to navigate customer challenges while ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential clients through outbound calling, email campaigns, and lead databases.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and document detailed notes in the CRM.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads to support long-term engagement.
• Build rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy and understanding of their unique situations, especially regarding foreclosures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share lead insights and improve conversion rates.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong English language ability (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Previous experience in lead generation or outbound sales (real estate experience is a bonus)
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• Knowledge of real estate, particularly foreclosures or distressed property sales
• Experience with lead management systems and outbound calling platforms
