Location:

Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives that drive traffic, generate leads, and optimize brand presence across multiple digital channels. This role requires a strong foundation in digital marketing and SEO, with additional experience in content creation and direct mail being a plus. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly analytical, and results-driven, able to manage multiple marketing efforts with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Website Optimization:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to enhance search rankings and lead generation.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics to improve strategy over time.


Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
  • Track key marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Gain awareness of company services among real estate agents and referral partners to drive client acquisition.


Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content to engage property owners and partners.
  • Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials (nice-to-have).


Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:

  • Implement email marketing campaigns and automation strategies to engage leads and drive conversions.


Additional Marketing Initiatives:

  • Assist with direct mail campaigns (nice-to-have).
  • Conduct competitor analysis and report findings to refine marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with content creation (blogs, newsletters, social media).
  • Familiarity with direct mail campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
