Job Title: Online BPO Jobs for Freshers (Voice/Chat Process)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our team for Online BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) jobs in both voice and chat processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in the BPO industry and possess excellent communication skills. As a part of this dynamic work environment, you will be involved in customer service and support operations, assisting clients through both voice calls and online chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support (Voice Process):

    • Answer inbound customer calls and provide prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.
    • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues through clear communication.
    • Understand the customer's requirements and provide suitable solutions and alternatives.
    • Maintain professionalism in every interaction and deliver excellent customer service.
    • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure the resolution of their issues.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  2. Customer Support (Chat Process):

    • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
    • Effectively communicate with customers to resolve their issues or provide assistance.
    • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising quality.
    • Demonstrate strong typing skills and professionalism while managing customer queries.
    • Provide clear explanations and support for customer problems or product inquiries.
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers through proactive communication.
  3. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery and team performance.
    • Participate in training sessions and meetings for continuous improvement and updates.
    • Share feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
  4. Quality Assurance and Reporting:

    • Ensure all customer interactions meet company standards for quality, professionalism, and accuracy.
    • Follow predefined scripts, guidelines, and protocols while addressing customer queries.
    • Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution time.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma (12th pass) or equivalent; a graduate degree is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in using MS Office and chat systems.
  • Typing Speed: A typing speed of 25-30 words per minute with good accuracy (for chat process).
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly analyze issues and offer practical solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for providing high-quality service and creating positive customer experiences.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be flexible with working hours, including night shifts (if required).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in using customer support software and CRM tools.
