We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Intern to support our finance team with essential processes, reporting, and system operations. Please note that this will be a hybrid role that will require about 2-3 days in our Campbell, CA office location.

Responsibilities:

As an intern you may be working on one of more of the below areas:

Invoice Processing: Assist in downloading, entering, and processing AP invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
Account Reconciliations: Support the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions and help resolve discrepancies.
Expense Management: Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Utilize Excel to organize data, create reports, and perform analysis to support finance operations.
System & Process Support: Work with accounting and finance software to enter and manage financial records (training provided).
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize accounts payable workflows.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the finance team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.); knowledge of Microsoft Suite is a plus.
Ability to quickly learn new software tools and financial systems.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive mindset with eagerness to take on new challenges.

The US base hourly range for this entry level internship position is $22.00-$25.00. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for internship hourly pay for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base hourly pay.
