Job description

• Canva use (basic photo replacement in pre-designed templates).

• Light marketing copywriting (following explicit guidelines).

• Report writing (once confident).

• Data entry into Google Sheets.

• Virtual staging of property photos and uploading images to Google Drive.

• Writing market copy for properties and uploading to Google Drive.

• Updating Canva templates with new property photos, exporting PDFs for letterbox drops and open home brochures, and uploading to Google Drive.

• Converting provided videos into 1-minute clips and uploading to Google Drive.
