Data Lead Engineer

What You’ll Do:

• Lead data engineering efforts for a large-scale SQL migration project in the UK.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data migration strategies, ensure data integrity, and resolve technical challenges.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data engineering team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience with SQL Server 2016 and greater, SSIS, and Azure SQL.

• Strong knowledge of data integration using Azure Data Factory (ADF).

• Proven track record in leading data migration projects, preferably in large-scale environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to data accuracy and quality.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.

• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
