We're looking for a Business Systems Associate to play a key role within Advisor Team Operations (ATO). The Business Systems Associate will be responsible for supporting Advisor Teams, with a focus on the systems and data. They will be a resource for the Strategic Projects and technology team (IT) to drive the implementation of new solutions (or enhancements) that improve business efficiency. The Business System Associate should understand the business strategy with the ability to help with building technologies and processes that will improve and enhance the organization’s business goals. The Business Systems Associate reports to the Sr Advisor Team Operations Manager.
This is a fully remote position. The target salary for this role is $57,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. Primary Job Functions
Assist with reporting of Salesforce usage analytics
Track current usage on processes that have been identified for future enhancement
Report adoption rates and usage for new processes and enhancements
Provide clarity around reporting as needed
Report information to Business Systems Specialist for dissemination as appropriate
Assist with building and maintaining Dashboards and Reports as needed
Data support and business reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards to support both ATO and Advisor Teams with trend management and efficient work methods
Create a trend reporting system to identify areas of opportunity for enhancements, trainings, or additional communications
Responsible for auditing and tracking of resource update requests from internal team members
Assist with monthly team reporting and analysis
Create an attendance tracking and reporting system for all team facilitated company calls
Additional ad hoc reporting as needed
Assist with Internal Department resource management and partner communication
Help with developing tracking process and reporting of resources and content
Assist as needed with reporting and information requests for team-facilitated calls and trainings
Assist with additional ad hoc requests as needed
Build strong partnerships and collaborate with key stakeholders to support the Advisor Teams and ultimately our end clients

Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance or related field
2-4 years of experience with data reporting and analysis with systems like Excel, Salesforce, Orion
Financial Services experience a plus
Strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize workflow and projects; able to work with deadlines and be flexible; strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills; listens effectively and clarifies information
Detail oriented; ability to prioritize workflow and projects; able to work with deadlines and be flexible
Ability to work independently and within a group
Ability to provide work direction and motivate teammates to deliver
Proficient with Microsoft Office
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Associate level is $56,350 to $88,300.
