ABOUT YOU
You are an ambitious and proactive Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Administrator to support our team in generating and qualifying leads, organizing business development files, and generating CRM reports. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset.


ABOUT THE ROLE and KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales & Lead Management
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through various channels.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current prospect data.
  • Assist in scheduling sales calls, follow-ups, and meetings with potential clients.
  • Track and report key sales metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive lead generation.
  • Assist in content creation, email marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Support the development of promotional materials and presentations.

Business Development Administration
  • Organize and maintain business development files, proposals, and contracts.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance business strategy.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and business development teams.



Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development support.
  • Proficiency in CRM software; ZOHO CRM is an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
