Our client is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in multiple niches, looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to enhance their customer engagement and retention strategies.

About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist for our client, to develop, optimize, and execute high-impact email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and copywriting to create compelling campaigns that align with the brand’s marketing goals.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, sales, and retention.
Manage email automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly.
Ensure all emails are mobile-friendly, GDPR-compliant, and aligned with best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with broader digital strategies.

Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
Expertise in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
Strong knowledge of email segmentation, automation, and personalization.
Ability to write engaging, conversion-focused email copy.
Experience analyzing email performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Position: Email Campaign Specialist

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 1000 to USD 1400 per month
