A leading cybersecurity and IT operations company specializing in Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM). It provides organizations with real-time visibility and control over their endpoints, helping them secure and manage IT assets efficiently. Serves government agencies, financial institutions, healthcare, and Fortune 500 companies that require strong cybersecurity and endpoint management solutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding
Act as L1 support for all Tanium employees
Provide break-fix and technical support for Mac and Windows devices
Configure and support issues with iOS and Android devices
Provide remote support to our end-users
Meet defined SLAs on tickets
Help create content and develop our knowledge base
Basic MDM and client installation troubleshooting
Other tasks that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of relevant technical support experience required
MUST have a solid MAC OS support experience
Solid understanding of operating systems (Mac OS, Windows) required
Experience managing users with Microsoft O365 and Active Directory required
Basic understanding of networking required
Experience with a ticketing system, ServiceNow experience preferred
Ability to support both non-technical and highly technical end users required
Experience managing VOIP solutions, or similar cloud-based communications platform
Video conferencing with Teams, Zoom and WebEx
Previous experience with Azure
