Job Title: Business Development Representative
Location:

Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:


As a Business Development Representative, you will drive lead generation efforts by sourcing and engaging potential property management clients through outbound cold calling. Success in this role requires resilience, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills to handle frequent rejections and maintain a steady conversion pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Conduct daily outbound calls to engage, qualify, and set appointments with potential property owners.
  • CRM Management: Accurately document and track all lead interactions in the CRM to support seamless follow-ups.
  • Lead Sourcing & Research: Identify and prioritize high-value leads, focusing on sourcing 10-20% from Rescover.
  • Appointment Setting: Set approximately 20 valid appointments per month, with commission incentives tied to outcomes.
  • Follow-Up Strategy: Maintain a 30-35% conversion rate by utilizing strategic, multi-touchpoint follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing and Business Development Managers to refine outreach strategies and share best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on outreach volume, appointment setting, and conversion metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, or similar roles (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Proactive and persistent mindset, capable of handling rejection and refining approaches.
  • Comfortable working independently and thriving in a metric-driven environment.
  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and the ability to handle frequent rejection.


Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in the property management or real estate sector.
  • Adaptability in evolving outbound sales strategies.
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
