Role Purpose:

This position plays a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to our growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients through proactive and creative outreach efforts.

Role Execution:

Lead Generation: Conduct daily outreach to prospective clients through email (50/day), LinkedIn InMails, and cold calls (75 dials/day, 1.5 hours/day) to introduce our services and gauge interest.

Pipeline Development: Add a minimum of 15 new contacts, 5 clients, and 3 leads to the sales pipeline daily, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.

Scheduling Meetings: Secure at least 3 client meetings per week through effective follow-up and engagement strategies, facilitating the initial connection between potential clients and our sales team.

Client Acquisition: Aim to achieve at least 2 signed client logos per month by effectively nurturing leads and assisting in the progression of sales opportunities.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, lead details, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.

Market Research: Continuously research and identify new potential markets and client opportunities to expand outreach efforts.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and target segments based on feedback and performance metrics.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.

Professional Development: Stay informed of industry trends, sales strategies, and technological advancements to continuously improve skills and performance.
