Role Name: Appointment Setter / Sales Agent

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm Florida time, Monday to Friday

Job Description

We’re seeking enthusiastic and driven Appointment Setters / Sales Agents to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial part in helping individuals take the first step towards improving their credit scores. You’ll handle warm leads generated from cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns, engaging with prospects who have already shown interest in credit repair services. This position offers a unique blend of appointment setting and sales, allowing you to not only schedule consultations but also close deals when prospects are ready to move forward immediately. You’ll be working with a state-of-the-art CRM system, managing a high volume of calls, and contributing directly to the company’s growth. Responsibilities
  • Conduct 50-100 outbound calls daily to warm leads, engaging potential clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Set appointments for credit repair service consultations, effectively communicating the value proposition to prospects
  • Close sales on initial calls when possible, demonstrating strong conversion skills and the ability to recognize and act on sales opportunities
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to efficiently manage leads, track communications, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Process invoices for new sign-ups, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to service
  • Provide clear, concise information about credit repair services, addressing potential client questions and concerns
  • Implement a strategic follow-up system, contacting leads 2-4 times daily to maximize conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless handover of closed sales for further processing
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques
  • Adapt quickly to evolving scripts and sales strategies, contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales process


Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of building rapport quickly over the phone
  • Proven experience in appointment setting or sales, preferably in financial services or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
  • Strong closing skills with a track record of converting leads into appointments and sales
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Understanding of or keen interest in learning about credit repair services and the financial industry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting, meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Ability to achieve and maintain a minimum 25% conversion rate from warm leads to appointments
  • Proven track record of closing sales on at least 10% of initial calls when prospects are ready
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving sales strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections professionally
