Position Summary

The Resource Management Data Analyst will play a crucial role in our organization by handling and managing vast amounts of data to support resource planning and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in working with Excel formulas and macros, have a foundational understanding of Microsoft Access, and be adept at working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Resource Management:
  • Support the Global Resource Management Process.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning & Development, and Managed Services teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets with advanced formulas and macros to streamline resource management operations.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain existing databases and assist in the creation of new databases.
  • Deliver accurate and well-timed reports and dashboards to all levels of leadership and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct thorough data validation to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data being utilized.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (indexing, macros, complex functions), NetSuite (imports and reports), and Workday (employee profile information)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Access for database management and querying
• Experience managing complex projects, clients, partners, and organizations
• Business acumen and financial (P&L) skills/metrics driven
• Proactive and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AML/BSA and regulatory tech product environments
• Experience with other data analysis tools and software (Domo, PowerBI)
• Some coding experience (in Python) would be useful
• Background in statistical analysis or quantitative methods
• Proven track record of establishing strong, management level customer relationships
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, highly collaborative, able to express ideas readily, manage change fluidly, and able to influence and identify opportunities
