As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for developing advanced analytical models, improving data infrastructure, and providing strategic insights to optimize business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead complex data projects, and mentor junior analysts to elevate the organization's analytical capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Advanced Data Analysis & Strategy

    • Lead the development of analytical models to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.

    • Provide actionable insights through in-depth statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.

    • Design and implement performance measurement frameworks to assess the impact of business initiatives.

  • Data Infrastructure & Governance

    • Oversee data collection, cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

    • Optimize and enhance data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions for efficiency and scalability.Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.

  • Business Intelligence & Visualization

    • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

    • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Automate reporting processes to streamline data accessibility and improve decision-making.

  • Collaboration & Leadership

    • Partner with executives, product teams, and business units to align data strategies with organizational goals.

    • Act as a thought leader in data-driven decision-making, advising teams on best practices and innovative approaches.

    • Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on technical skills, business acumen, and career development.

  • Emerging Technologies & Continuous Improvement

    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in analytics, data science, and AI to enhance analytical capabilities.

    • Identify and implement innovative tools and techniques to improve data processing, analysis, and automation.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of analytics-driven business solutions.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science roles.
    • Proven track record of leading data initiatives that drive business impact.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Google Apps or JavaScript and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
    • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with data engineering concepts, including ETL pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Soft Skills & Leadership:

    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a strategic mindset.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Experience mentoring junior analysts and fostering a data-driven culture within an organization.

Salary Range

$81,000.00-99,250.00
