KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advanced Data Analysis & Strategy
Lead the development of analytical models to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
Provide actionable insights through in-depth statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
Design and implement performance measurement frameworks to assess the impact of business initiatives.
Data Infrastructure & Governance
Oversee data collection, cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Optimize and enhance data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions for efficiency and scalability.Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.
Business Intelligence & Visualization
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Automate reporting processes to streamline data accessibility and improve decision-making.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with executives, product teams, and business units to align data strategies with organizational goals.
Act as a thought leader in data-driven decision-making, advising teams on best practices and innovative approaches.
Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on technical skills, business acumen, and career development.
Emerging Technologies & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on the latest advancements in analytics, data science, and AI to enhance analytical capabilities.
Identify and implement innovative tools and techniques to improve data processing, analysis, and automation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of analytics-driven business solutions.
