An exciting opportunity exists for an energetic, highly motivated and fully qualified finance professional to join our team as Senior Reporting Manager (“SRM”), reporting to the Group Financial Manager (“GFM”). The role is responsible for the Group consolidation and related reporting deliverables on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The role will work closely with the Finance and FP&A teams to deliver quality management and statutory reports to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the role will be responsible for the Technical Accounting function, handling the Group’s accounting policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance with IFRS and world-class documentation of systems and controls across the organisation
This role will play an integral part in scaling the accounting processes and procedures of a fast growth business. This is an opportunity to make an impact as a qualified accountant who thrives on finance transformation and delivery of change projects, in addition to their core responsibility of providing best in class reporting through the group companies.
The SRM will have overall responsibility for delivering a successful Group audit and related financial statements, as well as working with the wider team to ensure our external reporting requirements across all subsidiaries are met. This role will also be tasked with leading an effective team, including a direct report. The SRM will play an instrumental role in helping the finance leadership drive a step-change in the quality and timeliness of all deliverables, with significant exposure to the Group FC, CFO and other senior management.
