About the opportunity
As we expand our Rail team in Queensland, we are seeking expressions of interest for Supervisors - to oversee the safe and efficient delivery of rail infrastructure projects. This role is based regionally, approximately three hours north of Brisbane, and will see you leading site teams, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and to project specifications.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Managing on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Leading and mentoring crews to maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors and project managers to drive progress.
• Monitoring productivity, schedules and resource allocation to meet project milestones.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Experience leading site teams in rail infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to project demands.
• A Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card
