As a Solutions Architect at Hadrian, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to our customers in the US, ensuring their satisfaction, and serving as a key technical contact. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting customer calls, fine-tuning customer portals, and serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your success in the Solutions Architect role at Hadrian will be measured by your impact on churn reduction, increased customer satisfaction, and successful upsells.
