Qualifications:
Aged between 30-45, Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields with GPAs of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate, Minimum 5 years of experience in System Analyst or System Integration, understanding of technology and ability to analyze business, experience and skills in team management.Key responsabilities:
- Design systems to meet business needs, analyze feasibility, and prepare proposals for approval
- Control IT project execution according to plans/budgets and project KPIs, focus on Vendor and Technology selection suitable for the system
- Manage the team, resolve problems effectively, and ensure project alignment with plans and assigned KPIs
