Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.

We are currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Project Management team. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaign objectives. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing various project assets.

Your Impact
  • Oversee 1-2 direct reports
  • Develop RFP pricing when Director of Project Management is not available
  • Build campaign timelines and schedule of deliverables to be shared internally & with the client
  • Create and maintain the internal & external tracker documents, including Internal Creative Tracker (to manage approvals), Production Timeline, and Creative Count/Budget Trackers
  • Ensure that all internal stakeholders approve creative
  • Communicate all feedback through Airtable
  • Ensure all deliverables meet company standards through QA
  • Ensure all creative assets follow campaign-specific aesthetics/branding guidelines
  • Actively review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality checked, and closed out
  • Meet all client deadlines (content calendar delivery, asset delivery, etc.)
  • Provide accurate estimates for projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives
  • Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions
  • Communicate client campaign objectives and manage internal communications for asset development
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management

  • Your Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in project management software. Experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google sheets is a plus

  • Must be available M-F: 9am-5pm PST
