Under supervision of a Manager, RO Strategy & Solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing the existing business relationship between our strategic customers in Health Systems and Government Services while maintaining customer compliance ensuring manufacturer performance, and Cencora’s inventory position. The Analyst will recommend and contribute to improving strategies in customer relations resulting in increased value for Cencora.
Responsibilities
Analyze Large Strategic Accounts; forecasts, sales vs. plan and purchasing trends, whether based on historical demand or new customer requirements to maximize Cencora’s Distribution Service Agreement (DSA) compliance.
Builds and maintains relationships with Large Strategic Accounts, Suppliers and other functional areas in order to improve performance, buy side profitability, inventory productivity and overall team effectiveness.
Maintains Cencora’s inventory levels. Works closely with Customers, Suppliers, and Distribution Centers to move any nonproductive inventory.
Develops new solutions to various tactical challenges Cencora and strategic accounts face as it relates to procuring product and supplier and distribution center relations.
Works with Large Strategic Accounts Manager on opportunities such as deals, rebates, allowances, new item purchases and promotional activities for suppliers and customers.
Partners with large strategic accounts daily and acts as an advocate for Cencora’s interests relative to large strategic accounts actions and policies.
Ability to resolve issues with guidance and oversight from manager.
Ability to multi-task and perform varied functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Participates in strategic decisions to find solutions to increase Health Systems and Government Services profitability.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of one to two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
