About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization. As a Sales Recruiter, you will contribute directly to the growth and success of the company by identifying and hiring high-impact sales professionals who align with our culture and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Senior Role Hiring: Identify and attract top-tier candidates for senior-level sales positions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and provide consistent updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Candidate Experience: Create a seamless and positive experience for candidates, fostering long-term relationships and promoting the company's employer brand.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive compensation benchmarks to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address immediate and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience–3-5 years of experience in sales recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for senior-level positions.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales segments, sales motions, and methodologies to identify and evaluate top sales talent effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with candidates and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a passion for uncovering and engaging exceptional talent.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools and platforms.
