We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as a dedicated case manager, guiding IT professionals through every step of their international job search and relocation journey. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end job search process for IT professionals, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Oversee and improve internal processes, identifying bottlenecks in the candidate journey and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Lead communication with clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely progress at each stage.
  • Coordinate job applications and profile adjustments, assisting with CVs and cover letters when needed, but focusing on strategic career positioning.
  • Drive project management initiatives, collaborating with recruiters and leadership to enhance customer experience and scale the service effectively.
  • Handle incidents and urgent issues, resolving unexpected challenges in applications, interviews, and relocation while keeping all stakeholders informed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in client management / project management / career consulting / HR / IT recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with candidates, hiring teams, and internal departments.
  • Experience in process optimization and project coordination, with a proactive approach to improving workflows and removing bottlenecks.
  • A deep understanding of the IT landscape.
  • Solid writing skills and attention to detail for refining CVs and cover letters, but with a focus on strategic positioning rather than routine editing.
  • A self-driven, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working independently and driving projects forward.
  • Experience with Canva/Figma is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (B2-C1) and Russian (native).
