We believe that our brand and products have an incredible story to tell, and as the Senior Associate, Digital Experience, you’ll be the driving force behind sharing that story with our digital audiences. As this role is responsible for owning both the planning and execution of site launches including brand campaigns, promotions, and new product launches, we are seeking a candidate with a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience. This individual should have strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a member of the E-Commerce team, this role reports into the Manager, Digital Experience while working collaboratively across numerous teams within the organization including Creative, Digital & Brand Marketing, Planning & Merchandising, Business Operations, Retail, and Customer Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product launch process, partnering closely with the Merchandising & Photography teams to accurately upload all product data and content into systems and execute the overall site merchandising strategy
- Execute site launches across promotions and campaigns, partnering closely with Manager, Digital Experience to ensure all assets are properly uploaded, QAd and launched on time
- Proactively monitor inventory to ensure all products featured prominently on site are in stock and appropriately merchandised
- Partner with Manager, Digital Experience to analyze product funnel performance and collection selling on a weekly and monthly basis, using data to understand user behavior on site
- Manage all website needs for our Retail team, ensuring POS catalog is accurate and accessible to team members and content is deployed on site in support of our new store openings
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team to identify, troubleshoot and resolve site issues, including product inaccuracies and broken links.
- Partner with Production, Compliance and Creative teams to maintain Origin Track, our in-house supply chain transparency and traceability tool
- Closely QA all new content and added functionality to the site prior to web releases
- Maintain SEO best practices across site content
- Proactively monitor competitive landscape to inform merchandising strategies and inspire innovative ways to launch content or products on site
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce or website management
- Experience with a Content Management System (ex. Shopify, Sanity, Contentful, etc.)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time-management
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills that works effectively with cross-functional partners
- A positive, optimistic, can-do attitude, willing to jump in to support teammates
- Familiarity with Looker or Mixpanel is a plus
This position will be based in our Summit, NJ HQ (but will need to be at HQ for key team and cross-functional in-person meetings). We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it’s helpful to have flexibility to work remotely. Currently we are operating under a hybrid model whereby all teams work in an office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and may be provided flexibility to work from home on other days. There may be times when you’re asked to work in any of our offices because it’s in the best interest of our business or your team.
The annual base salary range for this role is $56,000 to $85,000 (new hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role). It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking. In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible to be part of the Company’s annual bonus program with a non-binding Company and individual performance-based target bonus.
