Job description

At Moxie, we empower entrepreneurs to launch, run, and grow their own aesthetics businesses with a combination of software and services. In less than 2 years, we have grown from an idea to a team of 50, with a business that is in the top-decile in terms of growth, and a remote-first team that has been self-described as high-trust, low ego, high output.

The Role: 

The Product Manager, AI, is responsible for building new AI-powered products and features to help our medspas succeed, and for streamlining our internal operations. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional problem solver, technically savvy, and deliver extremely high output. The candidate must be passionate about and experienced with large language models (though professional experience is not specifically required). 

Please note: we’re open to hiring at a range of levels for this role and are instead focused on finding the right person. The salary range will be adjusted based on the level of the final hire (the current range reflects a Senior PM level).

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new offerings powered by AI, such as automated front desk and back-office support 

  • Uncover areas where AI agents can improve internal operations and give our team superpowers

  • For some projects, partner closely with design, data, and engineering to ship mature solutions; for others, ship agents or GPTs independently

  • In your first thirty days you will:

    • Take product ownership of our in-flight project to build an AI contact center. 

    • Take inventory of our biggest operational opportunities, create a prioritized list of the top areas on which to focus, and deliver at least one efficiency gain through the use of AI. 

  • In your first 90 days you will:

    • Make the AI contact center a resounding success - launched at scale to our provider base with at least 60%+ customer adoption, higher lead conversion, and high client/provider satisfaction. It is deployed across SMS, chatbot on websites, and voice.

    • Have delivered on several (3-5) of our highest leverage operational opportunities - driving a discernable shift to our staff to customer ratios.

    • Write a comprehensive product roadmap of customer and internal AI projects.

  • In your first year you will:

    • Fundamentally shift what it means to work with and at Moxie, infusing AI into almost everything we do. 

We’re Looking For: 

  • Exceptional problem solver with demonstrated experience using AI to solve problems

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in SaaS context

  • Experience in a startup environment shipping iteratively

  • Track record of operating with urgency: you drive clarity and relentlessly unblock next steps

  • Experience with B2B, SMBs, aesthetics are pluses but not required

  • Experience with legal complexity and compliance a plus but not required
