Join GrowthAssistant as a HubSpot CRM Assistant!

Are you a HubSpot aficionado with a knack for optimizing sales processes and driving marketing success? Do you thrive on turning data insights into actionable strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact!

 

Salary Range:  PHP 50,000 - 75,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role

1. CRM Administration and Data Management
  • Own the management of the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
  • Create, modify, delete, and organize CRM object properties, records, and views.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Enrich CRM records through a combination of manual research, integrations with B2B databases, or other automation tools.
  • Experience with Clay highly desirable.
  • Manage appointments via text within Outreach or SalesMsg within Hubspot.
2. Workflow Design and Execution
  • Design new workflows for sales, marketing, and customer success teams based on leadership’s direction.
  • Operate and continuously improve existing workflows, including but not limited to the quote-to-cash process, opportunity management, and account/contact research and sourcing.
3. Tools, AI, and Automations
  • Identify, design, and implement CRM automations to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Learn and operate complementary tools to the CRM.
  • Ensure integrations between the CRM and other sales, marketing, customer success, and finance tools are free of errors, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
4. Reports and Dashboards
  • Build and maintain cross-object reports and dashboards.
  • Surface insights to leadership.

The Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with Hubspot CRM data management and automations.
  • Experience with Clay ai
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Familiarity with relational databases and data structuring principles.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in logic-based problem solving (e.g., creating workflows, formulas, automations, and reports).
  • Previous experience working in CRM administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with AI tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work EST 9-5 (flexibility within US time zones.) Ability to work early morning hours - EST.
